FINANCE TEAM

  • We are currently hiring an Insurance Support Executive to support a New Zealand-based insurance firm. This is a back-office operations role assisting with policy documentation, quoting, and system processing, with no client-facing responsibilities. Due to cybersecurity requirements, this position is office-based, and the selected candidate will be required to work from our secured workspace in Kuala Lumpur. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    •  Prepare and submit insurance quotes via insurer portals 

    •  Calculate renewal and endorsement figures using set formulas and templates 

    •  Process new business entries, renewals, and policy endorsements on the client's system (Broker) 

    •  Handle confidential information securely and in accordance with company protocols 

    • Submit completed work for review according to daily targets and instructions

     

    What You Will NOT Do 

    • No phone or email interaction with end customers 

    • No sales, marketing, or cold calling 

    • No late-night or shift work 

    Cybersecurity Compliance 

    To comply with the client’s strict data security and privacy policies, the successful candidate must: 

    • Work from a company-approved office environment 

    • Use company-managed computers with endpoint protection 

    • Follow all cybersecurity training and compliance protocols 

    • Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting work 

    • Strictly avoid copying, transferring, or saving data on personal devices 

     Working Hours 

    • Office-based, Monday to Friday, following Malaysian working hours (9 AM – 6 PM) 

    • Tasks are assigned based on the New Zealand business day and completed overnight (MYT) for next-day delivery 

    • No weekend work or client-facing interactions What We Offer

    Job Requirements

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Accounting, or any related field

    • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

    • Comfortable working with structured templates and documentation

    • Fluent written English

    • Willing to work from the Kuala Lumpur office

    • Experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage, but not required

    • Able to handle sensitive data and comply with strict privacy and IT protocols
