    Key Responsibilities:

    • Business Development: Identify and engage clients from high-cost labor markets who can benefit from outsourcing.

    • Client Management: Build long-term relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.

    • Consultative Selling: Present customized outsourcing proposals and solutions that demonstrate real value.

    • Account Growth: Help clients expand their offshore teams while ensuring quality and performance.

    • Coordination: Work closely with operations, HR, and recruitment to deliver seamless onboarding and service.

    • Market Insights: Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

    • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract discussions and finalize agreements.

    • Performance Tracking: Report on KPIs and sales pipeline regularly to leadership.

    Job Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

    • 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in outsourcing or recruitment

    • Proven ability to hit sales targets and build trust with clients

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

      • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
         

    • Appointment Setting:

      • Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.

      • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth hand‑off.
         

    • Pipeline Management:

      • Track outreach activity and lead progression through the sales funnel.

      • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for calls, emails, and qualified meetings.
         

    • Market Intelligence:

      • Gather competitive and market insights to refine messaging.

      • Provide feedback to marketing on lead-generation campaigns.

    •  Team Leadership & Performance:

      • Lead and coach the SDR team to consistently hit monthly and quarterly sales targets 

      • Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and performance feedback sessions 

      • Build a culture of accountability, energy, and continuous improvement
         

    •  Player-Coach Sales Execution: 

      • Actively prospect, pitch, and close high-value B2B deals 

      • Serve as a senior point of contact for key client relationships 

      • Support reps in closing and negotiating complex deals
         

    • Strategy & Process Optimization:

      • Refine sales strategies, outreach scripts, workflows, and qualification frameworks 

      • Monitor KPIs, conversion metrics, and CRM data to drive improvements

      • Collaborate with marketing to align on campaign execution and lead quality
         

    •  Reporting & Forecasting:

      • Maintain accurate sales dashboards and reporting 

      • Forecast revenue, pipeline growth, and team capacity with precision
         

    • Market Intelligence:

    Job Requirements

    • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or outsourcing services 

    • Proven success in leading sales teams and hitting revenue targets 

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills 

    • Excellent CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo) and reporting capabilities 

    • Self-starter with a track record of building systems and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
